I originally grew up in Detroit, MI and later in Crossville, TN. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Frankfurt, Germany. I am currently married with a son named Gaven.
I worked for 6 years as a stage actor for such shows as "Les Miserables" (Javert), "The Wizard of Oz" (Tin Man), "Captains Courageous" (Walters), etc. as well as co-hosted 3 consecutive runs of the "Plateau Tableau" and wrote and performed in my hit puppet show, "Wolfgang & Tiki."
I am a published writer for the BYU-I annual magazine, "Outlet" and have won various awards including first place in the Roane State Academic Festival Creative Writing Division for my short story, "The Clock."
